We worked with a builder for my home, and Tracy definitely knew the right questions to ask. I highly recommend her. She can also help with the loan process as well.

Tracy help us as buyers find our home a few years ago. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. We made several unsuccessful bids maybe 8 or so properties before landing the ONE! Living in the Bay Area during these time that is to be expected. Fast forward 2.5 years later and here we are again, this time as sellers. Tracy has been amazing! She was very professional and always on top of every single detail, constantly following up with sellers agents and escrow company making sure everything was on track. We are buying our first investment property and she guided us through the whole process. This investment property is about an hour and 30 minutes from where we live but Tracy always available to drive to meet up with sellers agents and inspectors while we were in contract.
